Charging instructions

  • 1. Connect the charging cable

    Park your car at a charging station and make sure the car is turned off before you connect the cable. First plug the cable into the charging station and then into the charging port of your car to start the process correctly.

  • 2. Start the charging process

    Hold your charge card against the scanner on the charging station to start charging. Once the station recognizes your card, charging will begin automatically.


    You can also start the charging session using your bank card or credit card. For this, you will need the charger number located on the back of the charging station.


    1. Touch the home screen
    2. Choose your charging station number. You can find this on the back of the charger to which you have connected your car
    3. Follow the instruction on the screen by holding your bank card in front of the reader and then entering your PIN code. A reservation of €70 will be made on your account which will be deducted from the charging costs.
    4. With a valid authorization, the charger will start charging.
    5. When you want to stop charging or when the car is fully charged, tap the home screen, select your charger and shut down. You will be asked to present the bank card again and enter your PIN code.
    6. The transaction is closed and you can free up your charging cable via your car.

  • 3. Monitor your session

    Via your car dashboard. This gives you insight into the current charging speed, charging time and how much energy has already been charged. Handy for when you want to know how long you still have to wait.

  • 4. Stop loading

    Once you have charged sufficiently or your battery is full, stop the charging process by holding the charging card against the charging station again. Remove the cable from the car and from the charging station. Finally, you can close the charging port and store the cable safely.
